John Christopher Depp II is an American actor, producer, and musician. He was born on June 9, 1963 in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Johnny Depp's first movie appearance was in 1984 as Glen Lantz in the horror movie A Nightmare on Elm Street. He became epecially known for portraying Tom Hanson in the 21 Jump Street TV series (1987–1990) and Wade Walker in the cinema movie Cry-Baby (1990).
